Brand · Demand · Creative Ops · AI

Creative that moves pipeline, not just impressions.

Nriched helps B2B SaaS teams sharpen the story and build creative that sells. Twenty years of it, inside a $500M SaaS business.

01 · Scope One senior partner

Brand, demand, video, web and creative ops. One point of contact, not five vendors.

02 · Commercials Fixed scope

Priced up front from a written brief. No open-ended retainers.

03 · Pace Two weeks

From first call to a plan you can act on. Priorities, owners, timelines.

Most B2B SaaS teams don’t have a creative problem. They have a clarity problem. Too many messages, too many channels, and no one whose job it is to decide.

I’ll bring the clarity and strategy your market is missing, and a playbook your team can actually follow.

01 · Focus

Six areas. One go-to-market story.

01

Brand & Positioning

A story the market repeats back to you.

  • Positioning and messaging architecture
  • Visual identity systems
  • Narrative for sales and leadership
02

Creative Direction

Work that looks like it came from one mind.

  • Campaign concepting
  • Art direction and design systems
  • Creative standards and review
03

Demand Generation

Campaigns judged on pipeline, not impressions.

  • Integrated campaign strategy
  • Channel mix and testing
  • Content built for the funnel
04

Video Storytelling

Customer proof that persuades.

  • Testimonial and case-study film
  • Product and brand narrative
  • Scripting, direction and edit
05

Web & Conversion

Pages that turn interest into meetings.

  • Conversion audits
  • Landing page systems
  • Message-to-page alignment
06

Creative Ops & AI

The same output, in far fewer hours.

  • Workflow audit and opportunity map
  • AI-assisted creative pipelines
  • Team enablement and guardrails

02 · Track record

The consultancy is new. The experience isn’t.

Portrait of Nathan Rich, founder of Nriched Consulting

I spent twenty years leading creative inside a $500M SaaS company. Brand and creative direction, demand generation, video, digital campaigns, experiential, web conversion. More recently I built the AI workflows that let a small team do the work of a much bigger one.

What I enjoy most is the problem underneath the brief. In B2B that is usually alignment. Marketing, sales, product and leadership each telling a slightly different story, and the work going out anyway. Sorting that out with a team, then building the creative that carries the one story, is the best part of the job.

After twenty years the craft is still the reason I turn up. Nriched is about pointing that experience at new problems. Most teams never get to work at enterprise scale, and this is a way to lend them what it taught me.

$50M

Influenced closed/won revenue

Improvement in campaign outcomes

+150%

Landing page conversion lift

65%

Of closed deals influenced by testimonial-led campaigns

These come from twenty years in-house at a $500M SaaS company, not from Nriched clients. Happy to walk through any of them on a call.

Clarity first, then action. Anything else is expensive noise.

The operating principle

03 · Process

How it stays simple.

Step 01

Diagnose

One working session and a short audit. Positioning, campaign history, creative assets, site performance, where the team’s hours go. No questionnaire marathon.

Week one

Step 02

Decide

You get a written plan. The story, the next 90 days, what we’re not doing, who owns what, and the numbers that count as success.

Week two

Step 03

Deliver

The work gets built. By me, by your team with the system in hand, or both. We review on a fixed rhythm against the numbers we agreed, so nothing drifts.

Ongoing

04 · Engagements

Three ways to work together.

Most start with a diagnostic and grow once the plan is agreed. The ongoing work is where it compounds.

02 · Diagnostic

Sprint

Two weeks on where you are and what to do next. Ends with a written 90-day plan. You own it, whether or not we work together after.

  • Positioning and creative audit
  • AI and creative-ops opportunity map
  • 90-day priority roadmap

Fixed fee

03 · Defined

Project

One piece of work with a finish line. A repositioning, a launch campaign, a video series, a creative-ops build.

  • Scoped against a written brief
  • Set milestones and review points
  • Handover documentation included

Fixed fee

Fees are quoted up front from a written brief, before any work starts. Monthly work can be cancelled with notice.

05 · FAQ

Reasonable questions.

Can I see the work behind those numbers?

Some of it, on a call. Nearly all of it was made in-house for one employer, so what I can show publicly is limited. That is why there is no logo wall here. On a call I will take you through the campaigns, the thinking behind them, and how the results were measured. Nriched is new, so its own client work is still ahead of it. I would rather say that than pass off someone else’s portfolio as mine.

Do I have to buy all six areas?

No. Most start with one or two. They are listed together because they are linked. Positioning changes the campaign. The campaign changes the asset. It helps if whoever you hire can see the whole chain, not one link.

What does “AI-powered creative workflows” actually mean here?

Practical things. Find the repetitive work in your creative process. Build pipelines that handle first drafts, variants, resizing and research. Connect them to the tools your team already uses. Set guardrails so the brand voice holds. It works when your people produce more and nothing starts to sound generic.

How involved does my team need to be?

Not much for the diagnostic. One working session and access to what exists. Delivery depends on what we build, and we agree that in writing before anything starts.

Who is this actually for?

B2B SaaS and tech companies with a marketing team already running and a gap at the senior creative end. No creative director, or one too stretched to think about story. If you are pre-product, or you need a production shop to run briefs someone else wrote, I am not the right fit.

06 · Contact

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. You tell me where the story is stuck. I will tell you where I would start, and whether I am the right person for it.
